Deviation Actions
So I seem to have been on a bit of a hiatus. But I certainly havent stopped doodling. I uploaded 10 deviations just now and I have many more to go. Especially doodles I've been talking about uploading for months now. It will get done eventually. But tonight I submitted my 100th deviation! Cant believe how quickly they add up. I recently purchased a Wacom Bamboo Create. Ive been messing around with it for the last week. I'm still getting the hang of it. I've never used the programs that come with it. I'm so used to my MS Paint and Irfanview. This is a very big step up.lol. I'm hoping with the tablet I can finally start adding what I feel has been missing from my work. COLOR! But thanks everyone for your continued support. Knowing others take an interest in my work is great motivation. Im leaving for New York friday and I wont be back for a week. But when I do return I'm going to upload a lot more to my gallery. So keep checking back!

Well, at the end of January I wrote about how I felt I was in a creative drought. Its so discouraging when it happens and everytime it happens it feels like its never going to come to an end. But on the otherhand, everytime it does end I feel like I come back stronger. I knew I was back when I created http://fav.me/d4o5o1d . So I know I've been neglecting my page a bit for a few weeks now. At first I just had a lot going on but as of late I feel a lack of creativity. I guess how writers get writers block, Ive been having a doodlers block. lol. I have been drawing, just havent been happy with what I've been making. I'm going to submit what I've been making the last few weeks anyway. They are all really works in progress. & since I'm not very crazy about them, they will probably stay that way. But I wouldnt mind hearing what you guys think of them anyway. Just be easy on mee! lol. They will be in the cleverly titled "unfinished and unhappy" folder. =]
Sharpie High?
So, Ive never made a journal entry. Figured why not?
So I've been messing around with colored sharpies for about an hour and a half now. & I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty discouraged. The colors just aren't coming out the way I want them to. & I think I'm getting high from the fumes. haha. I'm kidding (I think), but the smell from the colored sharpies are much stronger than black sharpies. Feel like I should be wearing a mask. Might be killing brain cells right now! lol. I see a lot of people use prisma markers. I think thats what theyre called. Maybe I should give those a try. But I'm a sharpie girl. Feel like I'd be cheating. lol. If anyone
